Shipping Policy
Once paid, we will ship your order the next business day. We use a 3rd party vendor for all shipping services so we don't have control over your packages once we have dispatched your orders. We provide tracking details together with the confirmation email so customers can directly reach out to the assigned courier if there are any concerns like delays, status, etc. Currently, we have partnered with Payo. Scheduled a day before the delivery date. Pick-up and delivery to be done the following day. No exact time of delivery but rest assured it will be delivered the next day.

Honesty is the best policy. Upon checkout, there are 4 different shipping rates depending on your desired mode of delivery. So to avoid delays and hold up of your orders, please select the correct shipping option. We will not ship your order unless you have settled the due amount.

We also offer free shipping nationwide for a minimum purchase of Php3,500 but note that this will not apply to same-day delivery or next-day delivery. All free shipping will go through the standard delivery.

Same-day and next-day delivery options will be accommodated from Monday to Friday only, excluding holidays. Cut-off of paid orders will be at 11am and 3pm, respectively. If you missed the cut-off, the delivery of your orders will be on the next business day. Important note for next-day delivery, if you prefer the next-day delivery but you placed your order past 3pm then it will be considered a next-day delivery for tomorrow. For example, the order was paid Wednesday, 5pm then it will be dispatched Friday already, since it's already considered a next-day delivery for Thursday.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic purposes, we don't offer return and exchange.

Payment Options
We have 2 payment options as of the moment. Upon checkout, you can directly pay using your PayPal or select offline option for online transfers or bank deposits to Gcash, BDO and Metrobank.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
If you opt for the offline payment method, please be aware that we will only hold the reservation of your order for 48 hours. Otherwise, we will automatically cancel your order.
Also, please be mindful that the first one to pay, gets the item first! In few instances that you reserved the last piece of an item and didn't make the payment right away, then soon after, someone checked out the same item and paid immediately. At that point, the one who paid first gets that item. So to secure your orders, please pay immediately upon checkout.
